Wembley National Stadium Ltd have awarded a contract to Audiolink to supply and maintain a multi-channel, TDMA digital two-way radio and call monitoring/recording system to replace their analogue MPT1327 trunked system. The new Motorola Mototrbo capacity plus digital network provides enhanced site wide and surrounding area coverage and on match days instantly connects over 500 portable radios, operating in 29 talk groups. The stadium’s management control centre monitors all calls and activity on the network using powerful a software package that captures and stores all calls. This enhanced capability is designed to improve stadium operational efficiency, crowd control and health and safety so that matches and events run smoothly and safely.
