Audiolink was recently awarded the contract to supply two-way radios to the Houses of Parliament. One of the world’s most iconic buildings is also a major tourist attraction offering visitors the chance to take a tour.
The tour guides required a simple, yet robust communications system. Audiolink offered the ultra slim Motorola SL1600 digital radio with over the ear accessories.
Measuring only 22mm thick, the SL1600 is ultra-portable. A stubby antenna, curved edges and rugged frame make the SL1600 the perfect work partner. It can be easily carried in pockets or bags without snagging or bulging.
Coverage of the site is achieved with an existing Motorola digital repeater and antenna system supplied and installed by Audiolink.
